Winemaking process:
Harvested in the morning, the grapes are fully destemmed. After a direct soft press, the juice is kept cold for nearly 36 hours. Fermentation then takes place with a controlled temperature between 14 and 18°C. No malolactic fermentation.

Pale yellow color. An intriguing, aromatic nose of white flowers and citrus. The palate opens with notes of white fruits, peach, and apricot, refreshing on the finish.
