Winemaking process:
Harvested at night and vinified by varietal. Total destemming, direct soft press, and slow fermentation over 1 month with controlled temperature between 14 and 18°C. No malolactic fermentation.

Brilliant pink color. Red currant and Morello cherry on the nose. Full of freshness on the palate, with a long mineral finish

Fish, barbecue, roasted vegetables, ethnic food, pasta dishes, and pizza.
