Winemaking process:
Harvested at night and vinified by varietal. All grapes are destemmed. Fermentation between 14 and 18°C. No malolactic fermentation.
Aging:
Aged for 12 months in barrels : 50% oak barrels and 50% acacia barrels. Blended before bottling.
Tasting notes:
Beautiful straw-yellow color. A floral nose with notes of honey and acacia. A complex palate with notes of exotic fruits and pineapple, mingled with hints of beeswax and vanilla. A nice round and long finish.
