Winemaking process:
Harvested in the morning and vinified by varietal. Total destemming of the grapes, direct soft press, and 1 month of fermentation between 14 and 18°C. No malolactic fermentation.

Aging:
Concrete.

Tasting notes:
Bright golden color, intriguing nose full of citrus fruits, peach, and white flowers. Round and pleasant on the palate, with a nice, fresh minerality on the finish.

Food pairings:
Pasta, salads, fish, chicken, and soft cheeses.
