Vieilles Vignes

Clay-limestone and Villafranchian terraces with rolled pebbles.

30 years.

Winemaking process:
The grapes are fully destemmed and vinified by varietal. 5 weeks of skin-contact maceration followed by approximately 3 weeks of fermentation between 20 and 28°C.

Aging:
20% of the wine is aged in barrels, the rest in concrete, then blended.

Tasting notes:
Beautiful dark ruby ​​color. An expressive nose with notes of blackcurrant and a touch of violet and garrigue. Complex and long on the palate, with a round and intriguing finish
