Sandy marl soils composed mainly of clay, limestone, and carbonate sand.

Winemaking process:
Harvested at night and vinified by varietal. Total destemming of the grapes and direct soft press. Slow fermentation over a 1-month period between 14 and 18°C. No malolactic fermentation.

Aging:
Concrete.
